I'm excited to unveil my very first series of silkscreen prints, crafted with care and attention to detail. This collection features five intricate layers, adorned with luxurious gold leaf borders, created during my artist residency at the esteemed San Francisco Space Program.

Capturing a Defining Moment:
This piece encapsulates the memories and narratives of those who witnessed or heard about the surreal skies of the 2020 California wildfires. The skies, painted with hues of orange, purple, brown, and blazing red sun, tell a story of a state engulfed in flames. During this time, many lost their homes and loved ones as California endured a severe four-year drought and extreme heat, driven by global warming.

Inspired by Italian Poster Art:
As a long-time admirer of the history of Italian posters and advertising (Manifesti e pubblicità) from the early 20th century, Italian advertising posters are a fascinating reflection of the country's cultural, economic, and social transformations, playing a vital role in visual communication and the dissemination of commercial and political messages.
